NEW: references number limits

Dear friends,
in order to improve the readability and the usefulness of the papers published in Frattura ed Integrità Strutturale - Fracture and Structural integrity, we decided the following limits for the number of references and self-references:
- 25 references max for a research paper (with max 5 self-references);
- 50 references max for a review paper (with max 8 self-references);
- no limits for an invited review (with no limits for self-references).
In submissions that do not respect these limits, the authors will be requested to revise it before inviting the reviewers.
